Assist the Physical Therapist and department staff. Bring residents to therapy gym for strengthening exercises, Interact with residents during physical therapy, encourage residents to reach their goals and know that you have helped someone become more independent.
Physical Therapy is open Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

The Governor Bacon Health Center (GBHC) is located along the Delaware River in Delaware City, Delaware. This 292-acre campus is the center for a 94-bed long term care residential facility which provides intermediate care. It enjoys a reputation for thoughtful, competent care, with full time nursing attention for our residents.
