Fork it Over! links businesses with food rescue agencies to reduce hunger and food waste in the Portland metropolitan area. Fork it Over is managed by Community Environmental Services at Portland State University in collaboration with Metro.

Fork it Over has a self-serve web-tool to match volunteers to neighborhood food rescue agencies in need of assistance. Fork it Over refers volunteers to these agencies. Use the tool to find one in your neighborhood: http://forkitover.org/volunteers!

Ways to help food rescue agencies:
Prepare or serve food to hungry individuals & families.
Pick up or sort food donations.
Organize storage facilities.
Support general operations.
