Teaching

*Adult ESL Teachers Needed*

If you have a desire to teach adult students from all over the world, come teach English at the English Learning Center.

Volunteer 1 or more times per week in-person or online availability.
Online Morning class from 10 am - 11:30 am and In-person from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
Online Evening class from 6 pm - 7:30 pm and In-person from 5:30 - 8:30 pm

Materials, training, and support all provided! Previous teaching experience not required.

The ELC offers free English, math, citizenship and computer classes to adult immigrants and refugees. Every year, our corps of 150 volunteer teachers educate nearly 400 students from over 30 countries!

  • Background Check
  • Must be at least 18
  • Orientation or Training
  • 1 or 2 days a week of teaching for Morning or Evening class times available.
  • No Teaching Experience required. We will provide Trainings, Orientations, and Shadow class
