The New Year brings with it new goals, and for many in Dallas, their goal for 2017 is to learn English, continue their education, and improve their life.

500,000 Dallasites do not have basic English Literacy Skills (National Assessment of Adult Literacy - 2003) and 1 in 4 adults in Dallas County don't have a High School Diploma or equivalent (U.S. Census 2010).

YOU CAN HELP by volunteering to teach ENGLISH this Fall at ABERG CENTER for LITERACY.

We need volunteers for our 2 locations:

Old East Dallas @ St. Matthew's Cathedral

5100 Ross Ave. Dallas, TX 75206

Far East Dallas @ Casa Linda United Methodist *NEW LOCATION!*

1800 Barnes Bridge Rd, Dallas, TX 75228

Classes start January 10th, so don't delay. Come and join the SPEAK|WRITE|CONNECT today!
