It's flexible! We'll work with your schedule.

Virtue Quest tutors meet once a week to tutor children in kindergarten through third grade in Language Arts and Mathematics. Tutoring sessions are 45 minutes long and all materials and lesson plans are prepared and ready for you each week.

Virtue Quest offers several different opportunities for our mentors. The first is Lunch Buddies where at least twice a month, they go to Macon Hall Elementary and have lunch with a student they are matched with in third through fifth grade. The meal takes place at a private table in the lunchroom. The second type of mentoring is team mentoring where once a week a group of three adults of the same sex meet with a group of nine students of the same sex. These sessions are an hour and a half and all materials are provided. The last type is one-on-one mentoring where one adult is matched with a student of the same sex. The mentor is responsible for setting up appointments with the mentee's family. In this relationship, the mentor is asked to meet with his/her mentee at least twice a month.

We have seen incredible results in the short time that we've been running, and we are always looking to expand and improve to better serve our community!
