The Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University is having its 7th Annual Win the Fight 5K race/walk this year on Saturday, October 5, 2019! The Winship Win the Fight 5K is a Peachtree Road Race qualifier and has become a premier race/walk to raise funds for cancer research at the Winship Cancer Institute. Winship experts envision a future without cancer. With advances in research and treatment, that future is certain.

WINSHIP 5K Race/Walk

We are seeking several hundred volunteers to help in preparing for the lead up to the event and on the day of the event. We welcome all volunteers who are interested (Current Winship volunteers, community members, family members, friends, kids,organizations, and spouses/partners, etc).　 To sign up, you will need to click on the following link and follow the directions to register:

Volunteers are needed to assist with the following:

Friday, October 4th:

• Friday Packet Pick Up (T-shirt/Bib Pick Up)

• Friday Pre-Event: Set-up on the QUAD

Saturday, October 5th:

Volunteers on the day of the event will receive t-shirts to wear
