ORGANIZATION: Asian Counseling and Referral Service

Making Sandwiches at Club Bamboo

Help our Club Bamboo Kitchen to safely get meals prepared and out the door to vulnerable community members and elders.

TIMES: The kitchen is open Monday - Friday from 9 A.M. - 12/1 P.M. Volunteers can take any 3/4 hour shift during this time or take a regular shift for one or more months.
LOCATION: ACRS’ Main Facility at 3639 Martin Luther King Junior Way S. Parking available on-site.
TASKS: Food preparation, meal prep, washing dishes and some clean-up.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 16. On-going volunteers will be asked to get a food handlers permit.

Asian Counseling and Referral Service (ACRS) is a nationally recognized nonprofit organization offering a broad array of human services and behavioral health programs to Asian Pacific Americans in King County. ACRS is the largest multiservice organization serving all the different Asian Pacific American communities - immigrants, refugees and American born - in the Pacific Northwest.
