The 10th Annual Townsend Raitt Street Fiesta and Resource fair will take place on Saturday, August 19th, from 10am to 2pm. The event will be held at the 700 and 900 blocks on Townsend Street, between McFadden and Monte Vista. The Townsend Raitt Street Fair organized, in part, by KidWorks is essentially a health resource fair and social gathering put on for the local neighborhoods.The theme for this year’s event will be "Fostering happiness."
Support the annual Townsend Street Resource Fair through your help in the following capacities:
-Set Up
-Traffic Direction
-Food Preparation and Distribution
-Cleaning/ Break Down
-Booth management
-General Help as needed
There are 2 shifts available: 8-11:30am & 11:30am-3pm

Description
Since 1993 KidWorks has been working to restore at-risk communities in Central Santa Ana. We currently operate three learning centers. Our aim is to provide a safe place in the community for children, youth, and adults to be encouraged, challenged, and supported. Some of the services we offer are after-school tutoring, computer help, a library, creative arts classes, a state licensed preschool and mentoring for teens.
