Volunteers are needed to help bring the sport of golf to special needs athletes in Tempe. This program is a partnership between Special Olympics Arizona and the City of Tempe.
Volunteers will serve as a scorekeeper at this tournmant for special athletes. You do not need to be a golfer; your duties will be keeping score, either for the Skills competition or the Course Play competition.

The mission of the City of Tempe municipal volunteer program is to connect citizens to their city government through opportunities to serve within the Tempe municipal government organization and the community. Volunteers serve in Tempe government offices, programs and facilities and expand and enhance the services the city is able to provide to the community. Volunteers enable the city to stretch tax dollars and improve the lives of its citizens. A wide variety of service opportunities exist for individuals and groups, from sixth-graders through golden-agers, from a few hours to years of service. We welcome you to check us out!
