We are looking for many volunteers in various areas such as:
Registration: Register participants. *We will be using a mobile check-in. Must be willing to use own phone to check in individuals. Free wifi/hotspot will be available for individuals to do this process (Arrival- 11:00am)
Volunteer tent: Check in volunteers and hand-out volunteer t-shirts (Arrival - 9:00am)
Set Up: assist with unloading material from truck, placing them in correct areas, and assisting with setting up tents, tables, chairs, etc. (Arrival- 9:30am)
Cheer Station: cheering on those participating in the event on the route and finish line (Arrival- Noon)
Logistics/Route: assisting with placing route track signs, setting up water station (Arrival- 9:00am)
Merchandise: selling merchandise and keeping it neatly displayed (Arrival- 11:00am)
Clean-up: May include heavy lifting, moving, and loading (Arrival- 3:00pm)
