Growth From Grief needs an experienced individual able to lead the organization's fundraising efforts. The individual in this position will be responsible for:
- Identifying and organizing fundraising opportunities
- Creating in kind donation requests templates
- Coordinating mailing campaigns
- Delegating assignments within the development team
- Maintaining communication with direct reports
- Ensuring that all activities are completed efficiently, effectively, honestly, and without reproach
- Communicating all department activities and needs to the Executive Director
- Working with the Executive Director to ensure leadership presence at all fundraising events
- Assisting with fundraising events as necessary

Description
Growth From Grief offers two main programs:
-Respite Trips: Three day, two night Central Florida vacations for families grieiving the loss of a parent or sibling
-Grief Support Groups: every other week in Kissimmee, FL
