We are looking for volunteers to serve as greeters for the upcoming 2017-2018 season. The ideal candidates are outgoing, fun and comfortable counting money. Greeters will welcome visitors into the museum, take their admission fees, orient them and help them in the gift shop as necessary. The Museum is open 12 - 4pm Thursday - Sunday from Sept - May. Greeters will always work with a partner and training is provided. No knowledge of local history is required. The museum will provide you with information so that you can share basic information about the museum, history and events with guests. Choose to work one day per week or a few times per month. Great opportunity to meet visitors from around the world including many states in the US, and regions of Europe, Canda and Mexico! Open to volunteers of all ages.
