Cornerstone Hospice is looking for kind-hearted individuals to volunteer their time with our special seniors. From reading and chatting to special projects and office assistance, there is an opportunity for everyone to help. Hospice volunteering is such a rewarding experience and the health, emotional, and spiritual benefits from volunteering are proven! We appreciate our volunteers and want to find people with big ideas...no idea is too big and no amount of time is too small!

Description
Hospice is a comprehensive care program designed to provide comfort to the mind, body, and spirit of a patient with a life limiting illness. Cornerstone's hospice program provides the individual care our patients require, while allowing them to remain in their place of residence, preserving dignity and quality of life. Our diverse, professional team works closely with each family to develop an individualized plan for hospice care. Our Team Members consist of: Attending Physician, Hospice Medical Director, Nurses, Home Health Aides, Social Worker, Chaplain, and Volunteers.
