Be a Tour Guide!

If you like museums, history, would like an opportunity to learn more about history, and enjoy working with school age children. Then this is an opportunity I encourage you to look at and consider!

We facilitate several school group tours here at the Institute of Texan Cultures on weekday mornings M-F.
The majority of these tours take place during the school year and only a few in the summer months.

Majority are local and surrounding areas schools with students ranging anywhere from Pre-K to 12th grade. We rely on our volunteers help with these tours! This is also an opportunity to help expand upon and help with enriching their education.

The tours are scheduled Monday through Friday, mid-mornings (9am-12:30pm).

No experience needed, all training is provided!

If you are interested and want to learn more please email ITCvolunters@utsa.edu or call 210 458-2226
