ORGANIZATION: Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver

We welcome individuals, corporations, community groups, and faith congregations to join us in building and repairing affordable homes for local families.

Habitat homes are built primarily by inexperienced volunteers with big hearts and a willingness to learn. Never picked up a hammer before? Don't fret! Our staff will teach you what you need to know.

Volunteers are needed Thursday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m to 4:30 p.m. Volunteers must be at least 16 years old and be willing to commit to working the full day.

Habitat Metro Denver has become one of the largest affiliates in the U.S. and has served more than 1,200 homeowners in the Denver area.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 16
  • 9:00am-4:30pm (8:00am - 3:30pm in the summer). Full day is required.
  • All volunteers must attend the safety orientation on the morning of the build.
