Stay active and have fun while assisting in an Exercise Class at our beautiful new Anaheim Center. Volunteers will assist blind and visually impaired adults by reinforcing the instructions given by the teacher and ensuring that the students are performing the exercises correctly and safely.
Volunteer opportunties are available in morning classes offered Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 9:30-11:30 am.
No experience in working with blind and visually impaired people is necessary. Training will be provided.

Braille Institute offers a variety of services to people who are blind and visually impaired, from mobility and technology training, to low vision rehabilitation and home visits, to arts and exercise classes, to a vast library of braille and audio titles for every age, and more. Each year, we help tens of thousands of people regain and maintain their independence. Thanks to generous donations, Braille Institute services are available free of charge.
