Huge community event for the whole family.

October 27 5pm-10pm set up/haunted house

Help set up Haunted House, Gift Bags, Activities, Decorations for the event

STUDENT volunteers will be facilitated through the YOUTH EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM and must treat the experience with the same respect and responsibility of a job!

We also have the event the next day:

October 28 8am-1pm and/or 12pm-5pm

Event set up/run/breakdow

Event includes Crafts, games, bounce house, face painting, costume contest, haunted house

Lunch will be provided all shifts

Description

Puppetry Arts New York (Puppetry Arts) was established in 1997 to supplement cultural programming in neighborhood schools, shelters, and foster care facilities by introducing the work of emerging artists and teachers in the discipline of puppetry. The organization provides affordable and accessible creative arts programming by collaborating with teachers, PTAs, principals, social workers, community leaders, and fellow organizations in four areas of focus: Puppetry Arts In Education, Theatre, Community Events, and the Youth Empowerment Program (YEP!).
