Bascom Branch Library

The Friends of San José Public Libraries are wonderful volunteers that support, advocate and raise funds for a library. Each Friends group supports a specific San José Public Library branch with book sales and other activities. The time commitment is small but the rewards are huge! The Friends of the Bascom Library (FOBL) meet for an hour on the third Saturday of each month, eight months out of the year. It's a great way to become more engaged with your community and meet other individuals dedicated to the library and the community it serves. You are welcome to drop by at the next meeting or call Steve Kline, the FOBL President, to find out more about this fabulous group! He can be reached via email - slkesq@me.com or phone - (408) 768-4154.

You can register to volunteer for the the Friends of Bascom Library by visiting the volunteer webpage at sjpl.org/volunteer.
