Mission Statement
To provide citizen assistance and community involvement with and among the incarcerated youth offenders. The council serves as a liason between the Institution/employees, inmates and the community.
Description
The council endevers to promote volunteerism and fund raising by focusing on the needs of the Institution and inmates.
