Learn the proper food safety guidelines and assist in inspecting and repackaging nonperishable items to be given to member agencies of the Food Bank. Available Thursdays Only 9am-Noon by appointment, depending on how much donated food is available. One time training and orientation is given. 14 and 15 year olds must have a parent or guardian, 16 and above can volunteer independantly.

Mercer Street Friends is a 45 year old Quaker founded social services agency based in Trenton, New Jersey. Our services are designed to encourage and enable personal freedom by providing food, nursing, elder and home health care, preschool, youth and sceondary educational programs throughout Mercer County.
