Mental Health services are vital to helping people through emotional and behavioral problems. With mental health issues impacting all areas of one's life, it can be crucial to provide immediate, effective help to restore balance to the lives of those it affects.
New Leaf Behavioral Health understands the importance of mental health to an individual's overall wellbeing and works to ensure that many that could not receive help otherwise - due to having a low-income, no insurance, limited insurance benefits - have affordable options for help.
NLBH seeks somebody with prior experience, or some interest in, social media and communications who can contribute their skills to enhance the mission of the organization. Contribute to the effort to raise awareness about important mental health and the organization and help further the reach of our programs in supporting individuals in difficult circumstances who aren't able to afford treatment.

NLBH is commited to increasing the stability of our community by offering preventative initiatives in addition to a range of effective services to intervene effectively with mental illness.

New Leaf Behavioral Health is a non-profit community mental health organization founded to create a comprehensive approach to help people make lasting, positive changes in their lives. It is our goal to ensure that people in our community have access to affordable and effective mental health services. New Leaf is committed to the goal of creating a supportive environment where people feel comfortable exploring personal issues and making positive changes.
Services and supports are designed to provide meaningful assistance to the individual in acquiring and maintaining physical, mental, and social skills, which enable the individual to reach their full potential. An emphasis on personal responsibility lays the foundation for individuals to work on identifying their core problems, developing a plan to reach goals, and facilitating change in their lives.
We offer individual, couples and family counseling, a wide range of groups and have psychiatry services for those who may benefit from medication. Additionally, we offer community initiatives to try to help increase public awareness to mental health issues and identify appropriate resources to find support.
