CSA Senior Services provides ongoing Case Management and volunteer services to the physically and /or mentally impaired frail elderly.
VOLUNTEER:
Provide escorted transportation services to and from important appointments for homebound seniors as directed by a Senior Case Manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide a ride to and from appointments as the Senior Care Coordinator directed during the weekdays.
Provide door-to-door assistance as needed.
