CHEER stands for Creating Healthy Environments and Enjoying Recreation. Hosted by Adult Day Services and the Respite Program at Easterseals Crossroads, CHEER events provide rest and relaxation for family members and primary caregivers of individuals with special needs or disabilities who are 18 years of age or older. Friday Night CHEER events take place on the 2nd Friday of each month. Volunteers are needed to assist respite staff in set-up, activities, and clean-up from 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
