A friendly face needed to greet visitors and answer basic questions, answer phones, transfer calls, and take messages. Possibly help with filing/copying/faxing. Being personable and organized is a must. Need to have excellent communication skills and have some literacy in phone and cell phone use. Having computer skills is a plus but not mandatory.

Because this position involves no interaction with patients, only four hours (as opposed to 16) of volunteer education are required to be completed. TB test and criminal background check are also required and will be paid for by agency.
