This opportunity is for individuals age 55 and over.
Senior Services Associates in Aurora IL is looking for a volunteer Case Aide. A Case Aide is someone who is trained to provide information over the phone regarding community services for assistance. The Case Aide will document client information in the computer, maintain files and records and assist the Care Managers in their day to day activities.
Computer, communication, and writing skills while maintaining confidentiality are a must.
Volunteers are needed Monday through Friday. Office hours are 8a-4p. You set your own schedulel and can volunteer for as many or as few hours that you like.
