Volunteer Adoption Counselors provide assistance to St Francis Animal Rescue (SFAR) by becoming an Adoption Counceslor. Your main focus will be matching the adopter with the appropriate cat/kitten for their lifestyle, ensuring their forever home.
Basic computer knowledge is necessary but we will train the right person. Once experienced you may be asked to open/close shelter when day is complete.
Customer Service experience and positive attitude is a plus.
We are a no kill shelter and every cat we are able to adopt out to the right family means that we have space to save one more. Adoption counselors are the key to our success!
NOTE: Adoption Counselors needed Tuesdays from 1-5pm; Fridays from 1-4pm and 4-730pm; Saturdays from 11-2pm and 2-5pm; and Sundays from 12-4pm.
