Looking for male volunteers for MDA Summer Camp!
Every year MDA offers a summer camp for local youngsters in the area, ages 6-17, affected by one of 43 neuromuscular diseases. MDA’s summer camp program began in 1955 to provide an opportunity for kids to enjoy a fun-filled camping experience -- much like that experienced by youngsters without disabilities.
We are committed to offering a top-quality program at no cost for each child. The Association takes great pride in its camp program and the positive influence it’s had on the lives of thousands of kids across the country. MDA Summer Camp is known as "The Best Week of the Year" for local kids who are not able to participate in any other summer camp. We could not exist without volunteer camp counselors.
