A small commitment can make a BIG difference! Just thirty minutes to one hour of your time each week can have a profound impact on older adults looking for more connection.
From the comfort of your home, you can lead a virtual group discussion on one of several topics: arts/crafts, music, history, science, psychology, sports, writing, or support for a particular issue (i.e. health concern, caregiving, LGBTQ, etc). Throughout the United States, adults over 60 join these phone or online conference calls to find a sense of community and connect with others.
