Play time!

Precious Paws Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity, rescuing stray kittens and pregnant cats. We spay/neuter, vaccinate and socialize the cats and find them loving homes. These cats require a great deal of intensive human care. Many motherless kittens require bottle feeding and around-the-clock care in foster homes. Pregnant moms are helped through their pregnancies and afterward by improving nutrition, providing vaccinations once their kittens are delivered, spaying after delivery, and by socializing them and their kittens so they will be happy, healthy pets.

Volunteers perform tasks such as cleaning the shelter and cages, feeding the cats, helping at fundraisers, and handling the cats to accustom them to people. Some volunteers trasnsport and show our cats at malls and local stores and farmers markets. Some volunteers make crafts to sell to raise money, and some do Christmas gift wrapping

We have monthly meetings at a local cafe to discuss fundraising opportunities and the status of the cats in our care at the shelter.

Please include your phone number as well as your email address when you contact us. If you have not received an email from us within two days, please check your spam/junk mail folder.

Description

Precious Paws Rescue was established to save stray kittens and pregnant stray mother cats. Some of the ways we raise money are by participating in local street festivals, showing our cats at malls and local stores, and doing Christmas gift wrapping. We have monthly meetings at a local cafe to discuss fundraising opportunities and the status of the cats in our care at the shelter.
