Interlakes Community Caregivers is looking for volunteers to run easy, but necessary, errands for our neighbors to live independently and who live in Center Harbor, Meredith, Moultonborough and Sandwich.
Help with grocery shopping, run errands, pick up prescriptions at pharmacy, etc. All small things to help our neighbors to remain living independently in their own homes.
Volunteer on your own time with a flexible schedule. Mileage reimbursement is available.
Volunteers use their ability to be kind and caring, pay attention to detail, sensitive to the aging process and its needs, and perform the duties per Community Caregivers' guidelines.
Volunteer requirements include successful completion of the ICCI Volunteer Education Course and pass Background Screenings. Your efforts will be highly appreciated by those we serve. Thank you for your interest.

Description
Interlakes Community Caregivers, Inc., a 501(c)3 volunteer nonprofit organization founded in 1998, provides nonmedical supportive services and community information to our neighbors to assist them in their daily lives. Through these services, individuals are able to more easily stay independent in their own homes and in their own community. Services include rides to medical and personal appointments, help with errands such as grocery shopping, and more. There is no charge to our neighbors for these services, nor do we receive any insurance reimbursement or state or federal agency funding, so we rely solely on charitable giving.
