Help us make a great first impression by greeting guests, answering the phone and assisting staff with various projects such as light cleaning, bundling supplies and organizing.
Shifts:
Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

A Gift For Teaching's mission is to improve public education by providing resources and surplus materials free to teachers for their students in need. We work to ensure every child has the tools and experiences to succeed in school and life.
Description
Imagine trying to write without a pencil, color without a crayon, or carry school books without a backpack. For nearly 240,000 students in Central Florida, this is a reality every day. An award-winning nonprofit organization, A Gift For Teaching works to fill in this gap by collecting surplus supplies from local businesses and individuals and then distributes them to students in need throughout Central Florida.
Volunteer opportunities range from working in our Free Store, visiting schools with our mobile store and sorting and packing supply donations to assisting at our front desk. Since 1998, A Gift For Teaching has distributed more than $120 million worth of learning tools to ensure equal education for all children.
