Are you interested in helping families that have been directly affected by Alzheimer's disease? Are you good listener and have effective communication skills? Join our Volunteer Support Group Facilitator Team and lead a caregiver support group and providing much needed emotional support. Group leadership training skills and education about Alzheimer's and dementia will be provided; all you need is the desire to help.

  • Compassionate and caring
  • Active listening skills
  • Empathy for individuals and families struggling with the disease
  • 2 hrs per month minimum
  • Training provided
  • Personal or professional caregiving experience with persons with dementia
