Volunteering in the Golden Gate National Parks
Trail work at Baker Beach

Help restore and maintain park trails. Volunteer activities include, retreading trail, restoring native habitat, moving materials, replacing fence, and constructing trail structures. This program is great for those who are not afraid to get dirty, want a great workout, and enjoy meeting new folks!

Volunteer programs take place every 3rd Saturday, 10 am-1pm.

Volunteers must complete the Volunteer Agreement Form and volunteers under the age of 18 must have the parent/guardian approval section signed.

Wear clothes that can get dirty. Long pants and closed-toe shoes are required. Bring layers for changing weather and rain gear if necessary. Bring a personal water bottle and sunscreen.
