Blue Sky Dog Rescue is looking for volunteers to help with our adoption events, walking dogs and socializing dogs in our temporary quarantine area. We host adoption events twice monthly at Petco and Hollywood Feed. Both events last for only 4 hours.
Volunteers can help with transporting animals to vet appointments, doing home checks for adoptions or hands on help with our adoptable pets.

Founded in 2012 by Donna Orman, Blue Sky Dog Rescue is a Mississippi non-profit 501(c)3 organization based near the Mississippi/Tennessee state line. Our pups are cared for 100% by volunteer foster families. We are funded 100% by donations.
Description
A message to our supporters: Blue Sky is 100% run by volunteers and is 100% funded by donations. We do not receive grants nor do we receive any federal, state or city funding. We rely solely on the graciousness of other animal lovers. Thank you all for being there for us.
Blue Sky is not breed or age specific. We rescue dogs from all walks of life including owner surrender, shelter rescues and strays. We are also experienced in birthing mothers and bottle babies.
