Volunteers are needed to assist with sorting a variety of donated foor & products at the Wallingford warehouse week day afternoons (Monday through Thursday) from 1:00-3:00. Each volunteers must be able to stand for 2 hours and lift/carry 30-40 pounds. Ongoing weekly commitments are desired, 6 visit minimum. Small groups (5-10 people) are welcome on a one time or repeating basis. Email volunteer@ctfoodbank.org to determine date availability. Court ordered individuals with no felonies on their record are accepted with a minimum requirement of 20 hours.

Fully enclosed footwear is required.

Due to safety issues this opportunity is NOT available to special needs clients/groups.
