Speak Italian? Become a hospice volunteer.
Would you like to bring comfort and reassurance to a patient or family member in their own language?
Lifetime Care is seeking Italian-speaking volunteers with an affinity for helping others to share their time with our Italian-speaking hospice patients and families.
Our Italian-speaking volunteers visit hospice patients, sit with patients while caregivers get a break, run simple errands for patients, offer support during bereavement, including the co-facilitation of grief support groups and undertake other caring acts.
We will provide a comprehensive training program at no cost to you. Volunteer assignments are geared to your schedule and what you wish to offer.
