Assist library patrons with Mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) Introduce them to library digital world of books, magazines, and music on their computer or device.
We seek tech-savvy volunteers to assist patrons in accessing the library’s collection of downloadable eBooks and Audiobooks from Hoopla or OverDrive, Zinio magazines, and to answer questions regarding tablets or smartphones, e.g. Facebook, Skype, Flickr, Gmail. Looking for considerate, patient volunteers to serve weekly 3 hour shifts in our Drop-In Assistance program. Volunteers will be provided with thorough training and troubleshooting tips.
