Heartland Hospice is in search of caring and dedicated individuals/groups with an interest in serving those who have served our great nation, who now have advanced illnesses. We are seeking volunteers who are veterans to provide much needed one-on-one support to veterans at the end of life. Only veterans truly understand the experiences of other veterans, which allows for the potential of a strong relationship between volunteer and patient. Volunteering with our patients is flexible and is based on your schedule.
