This interview is intended for us to learn more about you and for you to learn more about what it means to be a SCRAP Creative Reuse volunteer. It will also help us both to decide if we are the right fit for each other's needs and expectations. If this is the case, we will then contact you to schedule your orientation and first two volunteer shifts during which we will tour the store, review our volunteer manual, make name tags, and learn stocking, and organizing, and how to make SCRAP volunteer-powered products.
