Come join us for our monthly Snorkel Day for people with disabilities. As a "Snorkel Buddy" you'll help people experience freedom through nature via a fun day at the beach.
Regardless if you are a visitor, or kama'aina, or if you are recovering from knee surgery, or a family member with a disability would like to enjoy a safe, fun, day at the beach, then this event is also for YOU!!
No experience necessary. Even so, we love connecting people with special needs to people with special skills.
Dates: 3rd Friday of each month (except December & January) in Kona @ Kahalu'u Beach, as well as the 4th Friday of May, June, July, August, and September in Hilo @ Richardson Beach. Occasionally also in Kawaihae @ Spencer Beach.
Time: 9am - 2pm
Potluck lunch is provided. Please feel free to bring food to share.
