A few hours of your time can make a huge difference to a Hospice patient!
Ascension At Home Hospice is looking for volunteers to provide in-home visits to Hospice patients. Your caring presence allows family members the chance to run errands, keep appointments, or rest.
And patients welcome a visit from a new friend, and maybe the chance to share their life story with someone new.
Our program provides appropriate training to new volunteers ,and offers ongoing education, recognition and support.
Hours are flexible!

Compassus provides care state-wide through Michigan, including Borgess Health System, Genesys Health System, St. John Providence Health System, St. Joseph Health System and St. Mary’s of Michigan.
Many times the most healing setting for patients to receive their care is in the place they call home. While remaining at home at end of life can bring great comfort, it can also require professional care and support.
During those times, Compassus Hospice can make a profound difference in your life or the life of someone you love with our innovative and inspired care.
