ORGANIZATION: Compassus Hospice

A few hours of your time can make a difference to a lonely patient!

Ascension At Home Hospice is looking for volunteers to provide in-home visits to hospice patients. Your caring presence allows family members the chance to run errands or keep appointments, or lonely patients to have visits from a new friend.

Our program provides training to volunteers and offers ongoing education, recognition and support.

Hours are flexible!

Many times the most healing setting for patients to receive their care is in the place they call home. While remaining at home at end of life can bring great comfort, it can also require professional care and support.
