Purpose: Provide cyclists with a "Heavy" Rest Stop.
Responsibilities:
* Set up tents and tables for lunch
* Set up a buffet line with utensils, napkins and condiments, food and drinks
* Prepare sandwiches and foods and serve lunch in a buffet style
* Encourage, support, and cheer the riders at your stop
* Offer to fill water bottles, get more to drink etc
* Check port-a-jons periodically and keep well-stocked with toilet paper
* Keep track of supplies and complete an inventory supply sheet at the end of the day
* Make sure all trash is picked up
* Assist with taking down lunch site at the end of the day

MS stops people from moving. The National MS Society exists to make sure it doesn’t. The Greater Carolinas Chapter, with offices located in Raleigh, Greensboro, and Charlotte, NC, serves over 18,000 individuals affected by MS in North and South Carolina. We help each person address the challenges of living with MS and raise funds for MS research. Our vision is a World Free of MS!
