Purpose: Provide food, water, safety announcements, and encouragement to cyclists
Responsibilities include:
* Set up and decorate rest stop with a theme chosen by you
* Encourage, support, and cheer the riders at your stop
* Offer to fill water bottles, hold bikes
* Bring a cooler to store extra ice for later in the ride as well as chairs
* Check port-a-jons periodically and keep well-stocked with toilet paper
* Keep track of supplies and complete an inventory supply sheet at the end of the day
* Make sure all trash is picked up
* Assist with taking down rest stop site at the end of the day

MS stops people from moving. The National MS Society exists to make sure it doesn’t. The Greater Carolinas Chapter, with offices located in Raleigh, Greensboro, and Charlotte, NC, serves over 18,000 individuals affected by MS in North and South Carolina. We help each person address the challenges of living with MS and raise funds for MS research. Our vision is a World Free of MS!
