  • 43 people are interested

The Austin State Supported Living Center provides aid and support to 190 individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in order to increase their independence and improve their quality of life.

Many of our residents enjoy participating in activities at our Recreation Event Center and we could use some volunteer support to make the activiites a success!

Volunteers will assist with activities such as dances, movie nights, game nights, arts & crafts, and karaoke. Volunteers will help decorate and set up prior to the activities, prepare and serve refreshments, greet and interact with the residents, encourage their participation in the activity and help take down decorations and clean up after the activity.

All volunteers must complete the application process prior to working with the residents. Please contact me for more information!
