Take some time to help foster children - you may find that you enjoy it!
If you have experience and/or interest in working with children and desire to offer support to children who have experienced abuse and/or witnessed domestic violence, consider becoming a Family Bridge Volunteer. This service allows children to visit with their noncustodial parent in a safe, home like environment. Social Work, Human Services and Criminal Justice Interns are encouraged to apply.
