Puppy Love

We need dedicated, dependable, hard working volunteers who love cats and would like to make a difference in the lives of abandoned and abused cats. We desperately need morning and afternoon volunteers seven days a week at our shelter in Sharonville, Ohio. Fun to do with a friend who is also an animal lover. You will be cleaning, providing fresh water, and playing with the animals. For information or questions please call Lois at 859-801-7287 from 10am to 6pm or attend one of our orientations from 6:30pm to 7:30pm at the shelter every Tuesday and Wednesday evening,

If you are under the age of 18 you must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian the first time you come into the shelter.

About HEARTT Animal Refuge

11354 Reading Road, Cincinnati, OH 45241, US

Mission Statement

We are a 100% volunteer, no-kill animal refuge and adoption center. We rescue abandoned and abused cats and dogs, provide them with a home and good medical care until they are adopted. We are strong supporters of neuter/spay.

We need volunteers to become involved with the care of our four legged friends at the shelter. We also want volunteers to get to know the residents living at our shelter. Socialization is a key to the quick adoption. We need help setting up and running fundraisers including our recycling program. Must be 18 years old or older to volunteer. If you are under 18 a parent or guardian must sign a form for you giving you permission to volunteer. Volunteers are needed mornings, afternoons and evenings - seven days a week.
