Mission Statement
We believe that people with developmental disabilities belong in the community in natural proportions--to live, to work, and to participate fully in all aspects of community life. The ACL in Boulder County exists to ensure these rights by acting as a catalyst to promote attitudes, practices, programs and policies that result in full participation.
Description
The ACL is the Arc Chapter serving Boulder and Broomfield Counties. Since 1974 we have been providing resources, training, and individual and systems change advocacy for children and adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, their families, friends and communities.

- Board terms are 3 years long. We meet by Zoom once a month on the first Tuesday from 6-8 and have 1 hour long committee meetings each month also which are usually during the day. There are occasional weekend activities - 3-4 a year.
