Become acquainted with adoptable animals. Accompany potential adopters as they walk through kennel or cat rooms providing info about available pets, answer questions about animals, help at front desk answering phones and fielding questions about adoptable animals. Impact: Makes the adoption process easier for customers and staff by providing the information needed to ake a decision. Minimizes the return of animas due to a poor fit with the family. Reduces involvement of staff in answering questions from potential adopters. Increases the chances of a dog or cat finding a fur-ever home.
