Does your pet enjoy people? Would you like to bring joy to others in a fun and simple way? Then, VITAS Hospice invites you and your pet to participate in our Pet Pal Volunteers program in your neighborhood and visit our nursing home and inpatient unit patients. We accept dogs, cats, bunnies and birds.

Description
Volunteers are the heart of VITAS Healthcare(r), providing friendly, non-medical patient and family care and offering support services in the office, using their cars and from their own homes.
